Richard Bell!

Rich Bell is the Electronics and Drive-ability instructor at Tarrytown. Having spent several years in the trenches at different independent shops he has gained an extensive knowledge of SAAB as well as GM vehicles. Before that he was employed  as a carnival worker where he was renowned for the ability to guess peoples' weight and age. 

He resides in Bergen County New Jersey and is a fully licensed and board certified Ferris Wheel operator!
