Mary Ellen has been assisting us in the center since December 2000. Previously she spent 32 years with Chevrolet Motor Division until her retirement in 1999. Mary Ellen brings with her a wealth of experience in the area of training as it applies to the GM Service Training Standards. She assists dealerships in the analysis of their training needs.

Her personal interests are spending time with her family, travel, and genealogical research.
