Jim has been affiliated with the automotive industry for almost 50 years. He says his first automotive repair was to adjust connecting rod bearing clearance on a 1938 Buick straight 8 cylinder. Jim's experience also includes working as a GM Dealership service technician and service manager until 1995, when becoming a resident training instructor. He soon established his expertise in The Powertrain and Undercarriage Area providing instruction in Automatic Transmissions, Rear axle and Transfer Case, Foundation and ABS Brakes, and Vibration Correction. Jim works in the New York Regional Center and lives in Long Island, NY. He enjoys the sport of Skeet, Trap, and Target Shooting.
