A great way to provide "Just In Time Training" and allow technician easy access is the TECHAssist are of the GM Training website. There you can get the latest on everything form micrometer usage to wide band oxygen sensors. The catch is you will need to use a high speed internet connection as well as Internet Explorer 5.x or above, with Flash Player 6.0 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.x installed to your PC. They are designed to play in screen resolutions of 800x600 and above.
