From Local Airports 

From Connecticut and Points North:
    Take I-95 South. From I-95, take the I-287 WEST exit (Exit 21) towards White Plains/Tappan Zee Bridge. Merge onto I-287 West/Cross Westchester Expressway. Merge onto SAW MILL PKWY S / SAW MILL RIVER PKWY S via EXIT 7A. Turn LEFT onto LAWRENCE ST. Turn RIGHT onto SAW MILL RIVER RD / NY-9A

From Albany, NY- Take the New York Thru-way South to the Tappen Zee Bridge. Cross the Tappen Zee and come through Toll Plaza. ($4.00 toll)After the Toll Plaza, Merge onto SAW MILL PKWY S / SAW MILL RIVER PKWY S via EXIT 7A. Turn LEFT onto LAWRENCE ST. Turn RIGHT onto SAW MILL RIVER RD / NY-9A. Return to top of page!

Take the West Side Highway North. West Side Highway turns into RT-9A North/Henry Hudson Parkway. Take to the Henry Hudson Bridge (toll). Henry Hudson Parkway becomes the Saw Mill River Parkway. Turn RIGHT onto LAWRENCE ST. Turn RIGHT onto SAW MILL RIVER RD / NY-9A.

Take the Garden State Parkway North to the end. Follow right onto Route I-87 (New York Thruway) South. Follow over the Tappan Zee Bridge (toll). After the toll plaza, keep right when I-287 and I-87 split staying on I-87 south. From there take the exit for the  SAW MILL RIVER PKWY South - Ardsley via EXIT 7A. Once on the Saw Mill River Parkway continue for approximately 3 miles to the Lawrence Street exit which will be the first traffic light as well. Turn LEFT onto LAWRENCE ST and take it to the end. Turn RIGHT onto SAW MILL RIVER RD / NY-9A and the Training Center will be on the right hand side less than .2 miles first large building . Return to top of page!

 

From New York City- East Side and Points East:

Take the FDR Drive North to the I-87 North (Major Deegan Expressway) exit. Merge onto I-87 North. Major Deegan Expressway becomes I-87/New York State Thruway (toll). Take the RT-9A exit- EXIT 7- toward ARDSLEY. Turn LEFT onto NY-9A / SAW MILL RIVER RD

Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to the Cross Island Parkway North exit (Exit 30N) towards the Whitestone Bridge. Merge onto the Cross Island Parkway North. Take the I-295/ Throgs Neck Bridge exit (Exit 33) towards the Bronx/New England. After crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge (toll) continue on to the Bruckner Expressway (I-95 North)/New England. Take the HUTCHINSON PKWY NORTH exit- EXIT 9. Merge onto CROSS COUNTY PKWY W via EXIT 13 toward SAW MILL PKWY / YONKERS. Take EXIT 4N toward I-87 N / CENTRAL AVE / THRUWAY. Merge onto I-87 N / NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY N toward TAPPAN ZEE BR / ALBANY (Portions toll). Take the RT-9A exit- EXIT 7- toward ARDSLEY. Turn LEFT onto NY-9A / SAW MILL RIVER RD.
