The Tyco connection system is used on a lot of new SDM
Modules. This connection system also uses a square type .64 terminal. There is
only one style in use so far. You must lift and remove the red TPA that
surrounds terminal area (not so hard to do). Use the black 15315247 terminal
release tool, inserting it next to the terminal you wish to remove and lifting
the plastic tang that holds the terminal. Once the new terminal has been pushed
back into position the red TPA must be pressed back into place. IMPORTANT: the
service terminals in this connector are the terminated leads 1393365-2-SIR in
the new SIR tray.
