There is also a Tyco connection system used on the Transmission Control Modules TCM of the new Cadillac platforms. This connection system also uses a square type .64 terminal 2-1411578-2 in the Yazaki tray 15. Once the strain relief has been removed (the cover on top of the connector), move one of two white TPAs (after depressing on the lock tab on the side of the connector), aside to the pre-staged position. Use the green 12094429 terminal release tool, inserting it into the small rectangular hole next to the terminal you wish to remove, moving the plastic tang that holds the terminal. Once the new terminal has been pushed back into position the white TPA must be moved back into place. This connector is shown in the Wiring Systems section of the Service Information.
