The new Sumitomo connection system used on some ABS Module's. This connection system uses a square type .64 terminal 8100-3455 in the Sumitomo tray 22. There is only one style in use so far but there are more to follow. This connection system is very deceiving because when you look at it you get the impression that this connector is using a larger terminal than a .64, it does not. You must lift and remove the white TPA that surrounds terminal area (very hard to do, you think you are going to break it). Use the green 12094429 terminal release tool, inserting it next to the terminal you wish to remove and lifting the plastic tang that holds the terminal. Once the new terminal has been pushed back into position the white TPA must be pressed back into place.
