Interactive Distance Learning

Interactive distance learning is live instructor-led training that is available through the GM satellite network. Training is one way video, two way audio, and data. Training is available on various topics and scheduled for all time zones.

Recently your retail facility may have received the new "Genesis" IDL System. Gone are the old IRD boxes as well as the A/B switch (unless you use the A/B switch between the HNS DirecPC and cable TV or another device on your TV, then the A/B switch is still required). The Site Controller is different and can have programs actually downloaded to it.

Also use the 30 minutes before the program starts to check your two way communication, once the rpogram starts is too late to find out there is a problem
